Which Aircraft Will I Be On?
It's one of the most common questions in the forum. What aircraft will I be on? Well, whilst there's no way to be accurate, using historical data this tool can at least give you an indication of your chances.

How does this tool work? Quite simple really. Behind the interface is a database of Virgin flights going back over 18 months. When you select a route, the database is checked to see which aircraft have flown that route recently - and the entertainment systems are crossed referenced with the results. You end up with the percentages that certain equipment has been used on particular routes.

Some routes almost always use the same type of aircraft (although tech reasons occassionally change the scheduled aircraft):

747 Routes: All LGW, All MAN, 001, 019, 045

A343 Routes: 039, 350, 671

A346 Routes: 003, 005, 007, 017, 023, 025, 200, 250, 300, 400, 601, 651, 900

Mixed Routes: 009 (744, A346) 011 (A346/3) 021 (A346/3) 055 (predominantly A343 with 15% A346)
